Administrator’s Report <br /> <br />Executive Director Lewis reviewed the Administrator’s Report as presented in the packet. <br />Executive Director Lewis also provided dates for upcoming open houses for Atlas Villas. <br /> <br />VIII. EDA Vacancy <br /> <br />Executive Director Lewis introduced this item. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Mosher, seconded by Commissioner King to authorizing staff <br />recommend the appointment of Tony Smith to the EDA. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />2. Downtown Redevelopment Market Study <br /> <br />Executive Director Lewis introduced this item as presented in the packet, noting that a revised <br />estimate for one of the proposals was also submitted.
