period, the owner or occupant of any trailer so placed upon the premises in accord with this <br />section shall immediately remove the same, unless prior to the expiration of the 90-day <br />period, the owner or occupant shall obtain from the City Council a renewal permit. <br />Application therefore may be made to the Administrator as in the case of original permits, <br />and must be submitted to the City Council prior to the expiration of the original 90-day <br />period. One renewal permit may be granted upon good cause shown, but in no event shall a <br />renewal permit be granted for a period in excess of 90 days and not more than one renewal <br />permit shall be granted. <br />(C)No money may be exchanged for the use of a property in association with a temporary dwelling. <br />(D)Temporary structures and trailers used in conjunction with construction work shall be permitted only <br />during the period that the construction work is in progress. Permits for temporary structures shall be <br />issued for a period not exceeding six months. <br />(E)Pursuant to authority granted by Minnesota Statutes, Section 462.3593, subdivision 9, the City of <br />Centerville opts-out of the requirements of Minn.
