City of Centerville <br />EDA Meeting Minutes <br /> January 18, 2023 <br />The minutes were approved as presented. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Mosher and seconded by Commissioner King to approve the <br />December 28, 2022 meeting minutes. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />V. BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />1. Bills <br /> <br />Executive Director Lewis reviewed the checks as presented in the packet. <br /> <br />a. Check List <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Swenson and seconded by Commissioner Mosher to approve the <br />check list as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />2. Communications <br /> <br />Executive Director Lewis reported that staff will be meeting later this week with Scooters Coffee <br />to discuss viable locations. <br /> <br />VI. PRESENTATION <br /> <br />1. 2023 Orientation Î Athanasia Lewis <br /> <br />Executive Director Lewis reviewed orientation materials with the EDA and gave each member a <br />manual with this information. <br /> <br />VII. REPORTS <br /> <br />1. Partner Agency Reports <br />a. Anoka County Regional Economic Development (ACRED) <br /> <br />Executive Director Lewis reviewed the report as presented in the packet. <br /> <br />2. Year to Date Financials <br /> <br />Executive Director Lewis reviewed the financial report as presented in the packet. <br />Commissioner Smith asked a few questions about previous financials and the budget process. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Swenson and seconded by Commissioner Mosher to approve the <br />financial statement as presented.
