I. CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor D. Love called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br />ROLL CALL <br />PRESENT: Mayor D. Love <br />Council Member Russ Koski <br />Council Member Darrin Mosher <br />City of Centerville <br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br />February 8, 2023 <br />Not Approved. <br />Council Member Steve King <br />Junior Council Member Rowan Shaw (Non -Voting) <br />ABSENT: None <br />STAFF: City Administrator, Mark Statz <br />Assistant City Administrator, Athanasia Lewis <br />City Attorney, Kurt Glaser <br />II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Love provided an opportunity for others to add or delete any items. <br />Administrator Statz requested that Guys and Dolls be added under Appearances/Presentation, Item 92. <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Mosher to Approve the Agenda <br />as Presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />IV. APPEARANCES/PRESENTATIONS <br />1. State Representative Elliot Engen — District 36A <br />State Representative Engen addressed Council and stated that Centerville has pride in their community. <br />He provided Council with a brief overview of upcoming items, such as the large surplus, bonding, <br />upcoming road projects and provided his contact information for Council and citizens if they had any <br />questions or concerns. <br />Discussion ensued regarding State Aid, Local Government Aid, Small Cities Assistance Program, school <br />funding, Rep. Engen's desire to assist individuals/voters and finds his work to be a privilege, electric <br />vehicles in colder climates with little thoughtfulness to charging stations, and his follow-up and reporting <br />back to Council in the future. <br />The Council thanked Rep.
