City of Centerville <br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br />February 8, 2023 <br />Mr. Mike Brass, Broker -Titus Commercial Real Estate, introduced owners/stylists Ms. Stacy Fraley and <br />Ms. Angela Marshall. Ms. Fraley stated that the salon is currently located in Hugo and that they are <br />interested in a site in Centerville to construct a new building. She also stated that they are looking for <br />additional space then what they currently rent. Mr. Fraley stated that they are considering constructing <br />a building on 1737 Main Street which would include additional space for future needs (3,000 sq. ft. <br />building), would be looking for investors following securing the property and determining whether <br />financing, etc. would be a good fit for them. <br />Discussion ensued regarding possible rental space, possibility of constructing of a larger building, <br />apartments on a second level, building designs/architectural design requirements, etc. <br />The Council thanked Mr. & Mrs. Fraley and Ms. Marshall for their attendance and opportunity to work <br />with them in the future. <br />V. December 14, 2022 Work Session & City Council Meeting Minutes (Tabled from Previous <br />Meeting) <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Kind to approve the December <br />14, 2022 Work Session & City Council Meeting Minutes as Presented.
