The purchase agreement <br />is attached, which gives the prospective buyers a window of time to do their due diligence and work through the <br />design and zoning process with us. The negotiated purchase price is $5,000 for the land. There are no further <br />incentives proposed at this time. The agreement also ensures that the city would retain the land if the project <br />did not move forward. <br />COST AND SOURCE(S) OF FUNDING: <br />No contemporary costs.
