City of Centerville <br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br />February 22, 2023 <br />Motion by Council Member Mosher, seconded by Council Member Koski to approve the January <br />25, 2023 Work Session, Regular Meeting & Closed Executive Session Minutes as Presented. Roll <br />call: Mayor Love, Council Members King, Koski and Mosher in favor. Motion carried. <br />2. February 8, 2023 City Council Work Session, Closed Executive Session & Regular Meeting <br />Minutes <br />Council Member Koski stated that he felt that was discussion on reviewing what was collected at the <br />time of subdivision versus issuance of building permit and City Code language. Administrator Statz <br />stated that he could review the meeting but felt that the minutes appropriately reflected the discussion <br />and action. Attorney Glaser concurred. Attorney Glaser stated that during that meeting, there was <br />confusion regarding the City Code and language amendments to the park dedication fee requirement. <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Kind to approve the February 8, <br />2023 City Council Work Session, Closed Executive & Regular Meeting Minutes as Presented. Roll <br />call: Mayor Love, Council Members King, Koski and Mosher in favor. Motion carried. <br />VII. CONSENT AGENDA <br />1. City of Centerville Claims through February 22, 2023 (Check #35712-35741), (2026E- <br />2030E) & Voided (Check #35715 & 35721) <br />2. Centennial Lake Police Department Claims through February 16, 2023 (Check #14644- <br />14659, (E2023010-2023015) & Payroll (Check #14642-14643) <br />3. Centennial Fire District Claims through February 14, 2023 (Check #9438-9447) <br />Mayor Love provided an opportunity for members to pull items for additional discussion. <br />Motion by Council Member Mosher, seconded by Council Member Koski to Approve of the <br />Consent Agenda as Presented. Roll call: Mayor Love, Council Members King, Koski and Mosher <br />in favor. Motion carried. <br />VIIL OLD BUSINESS <br />1. Vacant Council Seat Appointment <br />This item was discussed during the Work Session. <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member King to Table Action on the Item <br />until the Next Regularly Scheduled Council Meeting. <br />Mayor Love thanked all of the candidates for coming forward, participating in interviews and being <br />patient upon their decision. He stated that continued discussions were needed and official action would <br />not be this evening. <br />Roll call: Mayor Love, Council Members King, Koski and Mosher in favor.
