<br />3 <br />Outreach <br />Over the last year, the EDA has increased their outreach efforts by sending more emails via the <br />email blast, conducting informal business retention and expansion (BRE) visits, and promoting <br />businesses at annual festivals and events like Fete des Lacs. <br />Goal 4. Market and <br />Promote our City <br />Establish Prominent Website & Social <br />Media Presence <br />4§¤ ¢¨³¸Ȍ² ­¤¶ ¶¤¡²¨³¤ and mobile app also <br />launched in the last year and the EDA is working <br />with staff to increase outreach on these platforms as <br />well. The EDA is working with staff to expand the <br />business directory, property listings, and provide <br />input to help build a better public presence. <br />The EDA Continues to Strengthen Relationships with Agency Partners: DEED, HBA, Quad Area <br />Chamber, and ACRED, etc. <br />The EDA Continues Investments in Main Street Beautification and Promotional Items as well. <br /> <br />Goal 5. Placemaking <br />The EDA is currently exploring placemaking opportunities in Centerville.
