<br />stnd <br />(3)(4) Old Mill Estates 1 and 2 Additions <br />The developer has finished black dirt and seed work in boulevards and around ponds. They continue to <br />work to finalize wetland and other watershed permits. <br /> <br />Construction of the gravel base for the trail between Old Mill Court and Laramee Lane is now complete. <br />Concrete work will be completed in the spring to ensure the base has a chance to settle over the winter. <br /> <br />(16) Centerville Storage <br />The facility is now open for business. The developer has made progress to address drainage issues along <br />the north side of the facility and will continue to work on minor clean-up items. <br /> <br />(1) Bay View Villas (Waterworks Site) <br />The developerÓs landscaping crew has finished sod work near the cul-de-sac and has just a few items from <br />the punch list remaining. <br /> <br />(10-14) Rehbein Commercial <br />thst <br />The sidewalk on the north side of Main Street, between 20 Avenue and 21 Avenue will be graded and <br />poured in the spring. Other punch list items remain. Record plans have been submitted and reviewed. <br /> <br />(13) Kwik Trip <br />Construction is complete with the exception of some punch list items and the sidewalk along Main Street, <br />in the spring. The store is now open! <br /> <br />(17, 19) Rehbein Industrial <br />Record Plans for the project have been <br />submitted and reviewed. Once permit closure <br />is achieved, the project can be closed out. <br /> <br />(18) Max Storage (Fairview Street) <br />A building permit has now been issued for <br />construction of Building #1 of 2. The <br />developers have decided to wait until spring to <br />begin construction. <br /> <br />(17) Amazon Fulfillment Center <br />The building shell is now up, including the roof <br />trusses and superstructure for the van loading <br />area canopy. Site work will continue in the <br />spring. Interior work on the building continues. <br /> <br />st <br />Work on the 21 Avenue Floodway Impacts <br />study is nearing completion. Results of the <br />modeling work will be submitted to FEMA in <br />the next week or so. The study will supply <br />required documentation to the Federal <br />Emergency Management Administration <br /> <br />
