Block 7 is in our Mixed -Use <br />Neighborhood M2 District. <br />Future Land Use per Comp Plan: 1737 Main Street will be zoned in our Central Business <br />District/Mixed-Use District (CBD/MU). Block 7 will also be zoned in our Central Business <br />District/Mixed-Use District (CBD/MU). <br />What is the timeline for all primary to be available on the site? For the purposes of this <br />application, this includes water/well, sewer or septic, electric, gas/propane, roads and <br />broadband (circle one): <br />1.
