CALL TO ORDER <br />President Remillard called the meeting to order at 6:30pm. <br /> <br />II. ROLL CALL <br />President Remillard called the roll. <br /> <br /> <br />PRESENT: President Mark Remillard <br />Vice-President Chris Swenson <br />Commissioner Darrin Mosher <br />Commissioner Steve King <br />Commissioner Tony Smith <br /> <br />STAFF: Assistant City Administrator/EDA Executive Director, Athanasia Lewis <br /> City Administrator, Mark Statz <br /> <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />III. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION <br />1. Meeting Logistics <br />President Remillard introduced the work session item, meeting logics, and discussion ensued about <br />adhering to approved agendas and the process for making and approving motions. <br /> <br />IV. ADJOURNEMENT <br />The meeting adjourned at 6:57pm. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Mosher, seconded by Vice-President Swenson to adjourn the <br />meeting at 6:57pm. All in favor.
