APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />1. Call for Changes to the Agenda <br />There were no changes to the agenda. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Swenson, seconded by Commissioner King to approve the agenda <br />as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The minutes were approved as presented. <br /> <br />Motion by Vice-President Swenson and seconded by Commissioner Smith to approve the <br />March 15, 2023, meeting minutes.
