<br />(9) Block 7 Property (Downtown) <br />Lennar has submitted some conceptual sketches of various townhome layouts for Block 7, with a variety of <br />products (home styles). The proposal is similar to previous proposals, in terms of layout and density. They <br />are still in the process of pricing the project to see if it is viable. <br /> <br />Ebert Construction has also expressed interest in the property and will be meeting with staff to discuss the <br />development, shortly. <br /> <br />Other developers have also expressed interest, but no formal plans have been brought forward. <br /> <br />stnd <br />(3)(4) Old Mill Estates 1 and 2 Additions <br />The developerÓs contractor recently met with city staff to review some of the items. We expect action on <br />these in the coming weeks. Other development-wide punch list items remain for the developer to <br />complete. <br /> <br />Construction of the gravel base for the trail between Old Mill Court and Laramee Lane is now complete. <br />Concrete work will be completed in the spring to ensure the base has a chance to settle over the winter. <br /> <br />(16) Centerville Storage <br />The facility is now open for business. The developer has made progress to address drainage issues along <br />the north side of the facility and will continue to work on minor clean-up items. <br /> <br />(1) Bay View Villas (Waterworks Site) <br />The developerÓs landscaping crew has finished sod work near the cul-de-sac and has just a few items from <br />the punch list remaining. <br /> <br />(10-14) Rehbein Commercial <br />thst <br />The sidewalk on the north side of Main Street, between 20 Avenue and 21 Avenue has now been graded <br />and graveled. Concrete work will begin the week of 5/22. Other punch list items remain. Record plans <br />have been submitted and reviewed. <br /> <br />(13) Kwik Trip <br />Landscaping work has begun and should be wrapped up in the next week or two. <br /> <br />(17, 19) Rehbein Industrial <br />Record Plans for the project have been submitted and reviewed. Once permit closure is achieved, the project <br />can be closed out. <br /> <br />(18) Max Storage (Fairview Street) <br />Grading of the site is underway. Sewer and water to Building #1 have been completed. Foundations will <br />be poured the week of 5/22. <br /> <br />(17) Amazon Fulfillment Center <br />Exterior work, including curb and gutter, and prepping the gravel base for paving are underway. The project <br />team reports that they are still on schedule to be complete and ready to hand the building over to Amazon in <br />early August. <br /> <br />Submittal of the modeling data and application for changes to the Floodway have now been submitted to <br />FEMA. The federal agency has 90 days to respond to our submittal. <br /> <br />
