Administrator’s Report <br />Administrator Statz reviewed the report, noting that both NorBella and Atlas Senior Living are up <br />and running, with residents at both facilities. Administrator Statz reported that we are dealing with <br />an issue with American Roofing Supply and their trucks queuing on HWY 14. We will address this <br />issue with them and the property owner and figure out a solution quickly. Administrator Statz also <br />reported that we have concept sketches from Lennar for Block 7 and these will be presented to the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission in the next month. <br /> <br />3. Planning and Zoning Action Items Tracker <br />Administrator Statz reviewed the Planning and Zoning Action Items Tracking sheet as presented in <br />the packet. There were no changes to the Planning and Zoning Action Items Tracker document. <br /> <br />X.
