Click here for more info, or to apply: <br />https://www.centennialfire.org/services-2 <br /> <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />Block 7 Property (Downtown) <br />Lennar will present some conceptual <br />sketches of various townhome layouts <br />for Block 7, with a variety of products <br />(home styles) to the Planning <br />Commission on July 10. The proposal is similar to previous proposals, in terms of layout and density. Lennar <br />will be presenting preliminary plans at the July Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />Kennedy Property Development is also expected to present a concept plan to the Planning and Zoning <br />th <br />Commission at their July 10 meeting, featuring a 31-unit apartment building on the site. <br /> <br />7087 Centerville Road <br />(former Chef Hot Hands <br />Building) (Block 8) <br />The City Council approved <br />an Interim Use Permit for <br />the commercial building at <br />7087 Centerville Road to <br />operate a salon. As part of <br />the requirements for the <br />building the parking lot <br />behind the building was to <br />be paved. This work is <br />done, with a few details left to go like striping, fencing and minor landscaping (see photo). Additional work <br />inside the building has already begun and will finish within a few months. <br /> <br />1737 Main Street (Block 3) <br />The city was awarded a grant to complete soils and environmental reports for their property at 1737 Main <br />Street. As we continue to work with our prospective developer, this information will help guide their final <br />design. Currently, the developer is working to address parking and architectural comments from their <br /> <br />
