review at the Planning and Zoning Commission. We anticipate a resubmittal of drawings in the coming <br />weeks. <br /> <br />stnd <br />Old Mill Estates 1 and 2 Additions <br />The developerÓs contractor recently met with city staff to review some of the punch list items. We expect <br />completion of these items in the coming weeks. <br /> <br />Recently there was a problem with the drain tile from construction vehicles running over the cleanouts. The <br />drain tile repair work has been completed. A trail and sidewalk quote will be provided by the end of the <br />week. The existing sidewalk is still cracked from construction vehicles, and we are working with the <br />developer on a resolution. <br /> <br />Centerville Storage <br />The facility is now open for business. The developer has completed drainage corrections along the north <br />side of the facility and will continue to work on watershed permit close-out. <br /> <br />Bay View Villas (Waterworks Site) <br />The developerÓs landscaping crew has begun work near the dock access area. Watershed permit closure is <br />also required, prior to release of the development securities. <br /> <br />Rehbein Commercial <br />thst <br />The sidewalk on the north side of Main Street, between 20 Avenue and 21 Avenue has been installed. The <br />developer is working on final turf establishment and is working with staff to adjust their security to cover <br />the warranty period. <br /> <br />Kwik Trip <br />Work is complete. We are working with the developer to close out the project. <br /> <br />Rehbein Industrial <br />Record Plans for the project have been submitted and reviewed. Once permit closure is achieved, the project <br />can be closed out. <br /> <br />Max Storage (Fairview Street) <br />Grading has been completed. Sewer and water to Building #1 have been completed. Foundations have been <br />poured. The footings are being completed and the walls are being built. <br /> <br />Amazon Fulfillment Center <br />On July 11, a Certificate of <br />Occupancy was issued for the <br />building, by our Building <br />Inspection department! Most site <br />work, including, curb, paving, <br />striping, signage and landscaping <br />is now complete. The contractor <br />has shifted their focus to installing <br />the electric vehicle charging <br />stations. <br /> <br />A response to the initial floodway modeling submittal has now been received from FEMA. The consultant <br />is working through a resubmittal. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
