City of Centerville <br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br />April 26, 2023 <br />d. Mosher <br />■ Economic Development Authority — Council Member Mosher reported similar <br />information regarding the LOCi study and Council Member King stated that he was <br />impressed with the presentation validated the Authority's understanding of needs, wants <br />and desires for the downtown area and the residents of Centerville. <br />Police Governing Board — Council Member Mosher - none. <br />e. Love — Mayor Love stated that he recently attended an Arrive Alive event at Centennial High <br />School which was very informative and realistic. He stated that the theme of the event was the <br />dangers of driving intoxicated. He thanked the Centerville Lions for their recent Cadillac Dinner <br />and stated that the were great partners of the City. Mayor Love stated that he forwarded a <br />suggestion to the Parks & Recreation Committee to consider EV charging stations within the <br />parks in Centerville with various grants being available to offset costs of installation. He also <br />reported that the paper recently had an article regarding the City joining the Mayors Alliance and <br />that he was very proud of Centerville for being a part of the organization. <br />North Metro Telecommunications Commission — Mayor Love gave no report. <br />Police Governing Board — Mayor Love gave no report. <br />Other Mayoral Reports - Mayor Love gave no report. <br />XI. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Council Member Kind, seconded by Council Member Koski to Adiourn the Regularly <br />Scheduled Council Meeting of April 26, 2023 at 7:57 p.m. All in favor.
