As a stakeholder, I ask the City Council to deny the proposed
parking restrictions on Commerce Dr and Fairview St between 20t" Ave S and 215t Ave S and to formally
delineate permitted on -street parking options within and adjacent to Centerville's industrial park. On -
street parking is a public amenity for Centerville's businesses who rely on trucks for business operations
or for transportation of goods and materials.
Public short-term parking for trucks can help curtail road rage, tired or distracted driving, and
serves as a shared amenity for local businesses to manage unexpected fluctuations or seasonal demands.
Truck parking on both private and public property is heavily limited and few flexible options exist. Public
parking spaces for trucks near the businesses they serve will make our streets safer and help the numerous
businesses in our community thrive.
Thank you for you,-rnni ideraticn,
By: Name: 61griib f iy#a 4it
Title: isSa•-- 7-
Company: /q F i" &A-LL.,
Address: 7,0 Z5' 6A7w y tmtA tj
