PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Love provided an opportunity for others to add or delete any items. <br /> <br />Mayor Love requested that Tyle See, Abdo Solutions – 2022 Audit Presentation be moved from <br />Appointments/Presentations to New Business Item #1, that Mr. George Eilertson, Northland Securities <br />be added under Appointments/Presentations, that a Public Comment be added under New Business, Item <br />#2 and the addition of Check #35938-35943) under Consent Agenda Item #1. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Mosher to Approve the Set <br />Agenda as Presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />IV. APPEARANCES/PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br />1. George Eilertson, Northland Securities – Upgraded Bond Rating <br /> <br />Mr. Eilertson stated that steady growth in market values, historically strong reserves and low debt have <br />allowed the City of Centerville to have achieved a Standard and Poor’s Global rating of AA+, similar to <br />other local communities (i.e., Circle Pines, Hugo, Lino Lakes, White Bear Lake and Forest Lake). He <br />explained that regularly Standard & Poor’s reviews these ratings and increased Centerville’s from AA to <br />the AA+ and that this is very commendable due to the Council’s policies, procedures and spending. <br />Page 2 of 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
