The Records/Clerical Support Services Bureau <br />provides essential assistance to Centennial <br />Lakes Officers, administration, other criminal <br />justice agencies and the citizens of Centerville, <br />Circle Pines, and Lexington. The members of <br />the Records/Clerical Support team take great <br />pride in providing excellent customer service <br />while offering assistance with accurate crime <br />data information. <br />Police Record Technicians are responsible for <br />all aspects of document control, including <br />copying, distribution, data entry and filing of <br />police reports, records, and citations. In <br />addition to maintaining police records, the <br />support staff responds to various inquiries by <br />phone, walk-in, email and direct mail from the <br />public and other criminal justice agencies. <br />14 <br /> <br />
