29. USE OF FACILITIES <br />29.1. The Centennial Fire District takes pride in our fire stations. It is the responsibility of each <br />employee to treat the Centennial Fire DistrictÓs facilities with care and respect. It is a privilege to be able <br />to use the facilities and the facilities shall be left in as good or better condition as they were found. Failure <br />to comply with this policy may result in a fine or denial of any future usage of facilities. <br />29.2. Personal Vehicles and Equipment <br />29.2.1 Personal vehicles and equipment may be washed and worked on at the facilities as long as there is <br />no impedance to normal operations of the fire stations. Any Centennial Fire District tools used shall be <br />returned to their original place of origin. Any debris or the like shall be cleaned up and disposed of <br />properly. This policy includes all current and past Centennial Fire District members that are currently in <br />good standing or who were in good standing prior to departing from the Centennial Fire District. <br />29.3. External Organizations <br />29.3.1. The facilities may be used by non-Centennial Fire District members such as but no limited to <br />Lions Clubs International, City Councils, Public Works, Police, Ambulance Services and the like. In <br />order to use the facilities and to maintain proper organization and security, The Centennial Fire District <br />must be made aware of who will be using the facilities, when the facilities will be used and for what the <br />facilities will be used for. Once that information is received, that information shall be passed on to all fire <br />officer personnel. There shall be no impedance to normal operations of the fire stations. <br />29.4. Public Education Events <br />29.4.1 The Centennial Fire District allows the use of the facilities public education events such as but <br />not limited to birthday parties, open houses, tours and the like. In order to use the facilities and to <br />maintain proper organization and security, The Centennial Fire District must be made aware of who will <br />be using the facilities, when the facilities will be used and for what the facilities will be used for. Once <br />that information is received, that information shall be passed on to all fire officer personnel as well as the <br />Public Educator. There shall be a minimum of (1) Centennial Fire District employee on site for the <br />duration of the event to ensure proper safety and use of the facilities if no fire apparatus or equipment will <br />be used. There shall be a minimum of (2) Centennial Fire District employees on site for the duration of <br />the event to ensure proper safety and use of facilities when a fire apparatus or equipment will be used. <br />There shall be no impedance to normal operations of the fire stations. <br /> <br /> <br />
