29.5. Event Safety <br />29.5.1. The health and safety of each employee and visitor within the Centennial Fire DistrictÓs facilities <br />are a primary importance to the Centennial Fire District. The prevention of occupational injuries and <br />illness are a primary importance to the Centennial Fire District. The Centennial Fire District retains the <br />right to monitor and shutdown any event within any of the Centennial Fire DistrictÓs facilities. Any injury <br />occurring on site by external organizations must be covered by their insurance, Centennial Fire District is <br />not liable for external organizations coverages. All injuries must be reported to the Centennial Fire <br />District within 24 hours of the injury. The Centennial Fire District is not liable for any costs associated to <br />any injury. <br />29.6. Appliances <br />29.6.1 The use of Centennial Fire District appliances are permitted as long as the appliances are left in as <br />good or better condition. Cleaning of the appliances is required if they are used in order to maintain <br />proper appliance life and proper sanitation. <br />29.7. Occupancy Load <br />29.7. The occupancy load shall not exceed the allotted amount based on the Minnesota State Fire Code <br />2020 edition. <br />29.8. Damage of Facilities and Equipment <br />29.8.1 Any damage to any Centennial Fire District facility, property or equipment shall be immediately <br />notified to the Centennial Fire District. The Centennial Fire District shall review and investigate the <br />damage(s) and proceed with the proper route for fees, repairs and maintenance. <br /> <br />
