It is intended that the P-1 District provide opportunities for government facilities, schools, <br />churches, hospitals, libraries and other similar public and institutional uses. <br />(B) Permitted uses. <br />(1) Government buildings, structures, facilities, utilities, rights -of -way, easements, parks, open <br />spaces and vacant land; and <br />(2) Schools, churches, cultural and educational facilities and uses, libraries, hospitals and health <br />facilities. <br />Ord. 2d #58, amended 10/1012012 <br />§ 156.051 MIXED USE DISTRICT (M-1). <br />(A)Purpose. It is intended that the M-1 District implement the "Master Plan and Development Guidelines <br />for Downtown Centerville," adopted by the City Council on January 11, 2006 (the "Redevelopment <br />Plan"), and provide for the unique layout and character of a traditional central business district with <br />retail, professional office, accessory residential and other mixed uses. The M-1 District correlates to the <br />"Mixed Use Corridors" in the Redevelopment Plan. <br />(B) Permitted uses. See Table 156-A.1. <br />(1) Residential uses with a density between 12 and 30 units per acre. <br />(2) Retail uses must occupy the first floor of all buildings. <br />(C) Special requirements.
