CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />REQUEST FOR <br />COUNCIL ACTION <br />Agenda Item # Department: Requested Council Meeting Date: <br />September 27, 2023 <br />Administration <br />WS 2 <br />TITLE OF ISSUE: <br />Block 7 Proposal (Kennedy Development) <br />BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: <br /> Development is proposing a 26-unit townhome development on the city-owned portion of Block 7, in <br />downtown. The proposed layout and architecture are the same as that proposed by Centra Homes prior to their <br />cancellation of the purchase agreement.
