It is intended that the M-1 District implement the "Master Plan and Development Guidelines <br />for Downtown Centerville," adopted by the City Council on January 11, 2006 (the "Redevelopment <br />Plan"), and provide for the unique layout and character of a traditional central business district with <br />retail, professional office, accessory residential and otretail, professional office, accessory residential and other mixed uses.
