<br />Approved <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />JULY 12, 2023 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their regularly scheduled City Council <br />Meeting on July 12, 2023, in Council Chambers and the meeting was live streamed by North Metro TV <br />at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />1. Roll Call <br /> <br />II. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Love called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />PRESENT: Mayor D. Love <br /> Council Member Russ Koski <br />Council Member Darrin Mosher <br />Council Member Raye Taylor <br />Council Member Steve King – arrived late <br />Junior Council Member Rowan Shaw (Non-Voting) <br /> <br />ABSENT: City Attorney, Kurt Glaser <br />Assistant City Administrator, Athanasia Lewis <br /> <br />STAFF: City Administrator, Mark Statz <br /> <br />III. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />IV. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Love provided an opportunity for others to add or delete any items. <br /> <br />Administrator Statz added Consent Agenda, Item #1. City of Centerville claims through July 12, Check <br />#36020 – 36072 and electronic checks 2998E – 2102E, Item #8. Step Increase – Mr. James Huisenga, <br />Item #9 Requested by “Centerville Lions Foundation” for approval to hold a separate raffle on Saturday <br />(separate Tickets under “Foundation” to be Sold Friday & Saturday), and Item #10. Encroachment <br />rd <br />agreement for 1873 – 73 Street for a fence. He stated that he wanted to remove an item under Old <br />Business, Item #3 as the property owners have requested to seek an additional bid. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Taylor, seconded by Council Member Koski to Approve the Agenda <br />with the noted additions and 1 deletion, as Presented.
