The volunteers
are those who helped at various events and programs plus maintaining the park entrance gardens
and the annual spring park clean up, including the Scouts.

A volunteer sign up/information form is in the process of being created which would allow
volunteers to sign up for events and track which events they are helping at and how much time
they are volunteering. City Clerk Bender has put together a couple of forms and the committee
members discussed various parameters to be included.

2.
