The developer will be asking his architect to draft some concept sketches <br />in the coming weeks to explore what might work. <br /> <br />7087 Centerville Road Î Connor James Salon (Block 8) <br />The property owner has been issued a fence permit to complete the required work in the Interim Use Permit. <br /> <br />stnd <br />Old Mill Estates 1 and 2 Additions <br />Close-out of the developmentÓs Rice Creek Watershed District Permit is the main remaining item which <br />needs to be addressed before we can look at closing out the development escrow. <br /> <br />The city continues to work with the developer and builders on site clean-up items. <br /> <br />Centerville Storage <br />The facility is now open for business. The developer has completed drainage corrections along the north <br />side of the facility and will continue to work on watershed permit close-out. <br /> <br />Rehbein Commercial <br />Developer securities have been received by the city for 35% of the initial project costs and will be held <br />through the 2-year warranty period, which will end in 2024. The developer has now been granted close-out <br /> <br />
