The developer has now been granted close-out <br />of their Rice Creek Watershed District permit. <br /> <br />1687 Westview Street (LaLonde Property) <br />A Memorandum of Understanding was approved at the December 13 City Council meeting, outlining the <br />various facets of a potential development deal involving Tax Increment Financing in support of a 110-unit <br />market rate apartment building. The development was also presented to the planning commission for a <br />sketch plan review on January 2, 2024. Ebert Companies is now working to prepare an application for a <br />Preliminary Plat and PUD as the next step in the entitlement process. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Bay View Villas (Waterworks Site) <br />Progress towards the close-out of the developmentÓs watershed permit is being made as the various agencies <br />involved in the wetland portion of the permit confer with each other. <br /> <br />Max Storage (Fairview Street) <br />The parking lot has been paved and garage doors are being installed. The owners are looking to lease up the <br />property and will be occupying one of the units with their own food trucks. <br /> <br />Amazon Fulfillment Center <br />Overflow parking issues on Fairview Street have been alleviated, as the public works department was able <br />to install the no parking signs. This was followed with enforcement by our police department. <br /> <br />
