CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Regular Meeting of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission was held in Council Chambers on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:30p.m. <br />1. Open Meeting Law Review Î City Attorney Kurt Glaser <br />City Attorney Kurt Glaser provided an overview on the Open Meetings Law. <br /> <br />VI. OLD BUSINESS <br />1. None <br /> <br />VII. NEW BUSINESS <br />1. Zoning Code Use Interpretation Requests Î Max Storage <br />a. Bulk Water Delivery Î Proposal 1 <br />Administrator Statz introduced the item as presented in the packet. As stated in the staff memo, the <br />proposed business would store water tanker trucks capable of delivering bulk water for filling of <br />swimming pools, flooding of hockey rinks and other similar uses, including those common to the <br />construction industry, such as for dust control or to water sod or seed for turf establishment.
