ADMINISTRATION <br />Centennial School District’s Legislative <br />Breakfast <br />City staff attended the school district’s <br />annual Legislative Breakfast, where school <br />district stakeholders were able to discuss <br />various issues with our representatives in <br />the state house and senate. <br />City Council Retreat <br />The city council held their annual retreat, <br />Photo Credit -Press Publications <br />on February 3, to develop their two-year <br />strategic plan. Broad discussions were held on topics such as zoning densities, community facilities, <br />placemaking, and how to maintain our hometown character. A draft of the 2024-25 strategic plan will be <br />presented at an upcoming meeting for comment, prior to adoption. <br />City Hall Building Updates <br />The front entryway at City <br />Hall recently got a fresh coat <br />of paint and some new <br />appurtenances. The electric <br />heater and bulletin board, <br />which were both original to <br />the building in 1991 were <br />replaced. Also, the card table <br />we had set up for various <br />publications, has now been <br />replaced with a wall mounted <br />rack. <br />Early Voting Now Open <br />You may now come to city hall to vote in the Presidential Nomination <br />Primary.
