The versitility of this
piece of equipment has yielded a higher level of service
and better experience for our citizens using our parks and
trails. A thoughtful note from one of our citizens about
how they appreciate the sweeping and plowing we do on
our trails, is a great testament to the value of this purchase
and the hard work of our staff. Also, pictured here is our
ToolCat rigged up with some “Zamboni” equipment
improvised by our staff to get indoor quality ice,
outdoors; albeit for the one and only cold week we’ve had
this year.
Water Tower
Consulting engineers, KLM, have finished their work in
performing some tests on the tower’spaint to help
understand the scope and timing of a repaint. Staff will be
discussing the results of that report with the City Council at
an upcoming workshop.
Public Works Truck Replacements
Staff received confirmaiton that our 1-Ton pick-up is on
order. There’s no word yet on a delivery date.
