They are doing a lot of neat things these days with LED lights and they can be <br />directed much more accurately and eectively than older style lights. We just did that with <br />our parking lot lights here at city hall; directing them away from the neighboring property. <br />TIF: <br />We understand that the city is considering TIF for this development.
