At a minimum, additional vehicle traffic in the area
where young children are present has to be a concern.
4.What is the process the City Council will be following for making a decision on the proposal, and
what are the associated key dates?
We sincerely appreciate that the city is openly sharing the proposal with residents and is seeking
feedback. As long-time residents who chose to move to Centerville nearly 25 years ago precisely
because of the draw of a tranquil community, we are struggling to understand the merits of this
proposal ŅƚƩ ĭƚƒƒǒƓźƷǤ ƩĻƭźķĻƓƷƭ. It seems to us that the Developer (and perhaps the current property
owner via sale of their property) are the real winners of this proposal. We would appreciate hearing
from you to better understand what benefits current residents will gain if this proposal moves forward.
ŷğƓƉ Ǥƚǒ ŅƚƩ ƷğƉźƓŭ ƷŷĻ ƷźƒĻ Ʒƚ ƩĻǝźĻǞ ƚǒƩ ƨǒĻƭƷźƚƓƭ Ή ŅĻĻķĬğĭƉͲ ğƓķ ǞĻ ğǞğźƷ ǤƚǒƩ ƩĻƭƦƚƓƭĻ͵ͼ
Kind regards,
Rob & Sharon Zurn
