You must support the people
of Centerville who do not want this dense development project in this small community. Obviously,
outside interests are exploing this project for their sake, as nothing good can or will come of this for
our community. There is so much wrong with this imposion, and I believe you are aware of who and
what is behind this and they are not on our side. Stop it now please. Let Lino Lakes and Hugo and others
enjoy the dense housing "bene ŋ ts" to their quality of life.
Centerville has been my home for over 25 years and the escape from urban chaos has been most
enjoyable. My home state of NJ suered the same kind of overdevelopment in the 1960's and never
recovered. As apartments went up on the beauful mountainside along came increased trac,
increased crime, Ť ooding due to road and parking lot pavement, and exodus of taxpayers. There were
no tax bene ŋ ts only increases. I predict the same here. This is a lose-lose project for Centerville.
