City of Centerville <br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br />April 10, 2024 <br />(i) Economic Development Authority - Council Member Taylor gave no report. <br />(ii) Police Governing Board – Council Member Taylor gave no report. <br /> <br />b. Koski – He welcomed Katya Port to Parks & Recreation and Jeanie Seppala and Matthew McCabe <br />to the Planning and Zoning Commission. He commented that he appreciated the Community <br />Priorities Graphic that was placed in the Administrator’s report and the number of votes received <br />for a Veterans/Public Safety Memorial. He stated that he is a supporter of these individuals and <br />what they do. He was pleased with the response of the public and shows that they care. <br /> (i) Planning & Zoning Commission – Council Member Koski thanked Mayor Love for his <br />attendance of the meeting in his absence. <br />(ii) Fire Steering Committee – Council Member Koski stated that the meeting would be on <br />April 18, 2024. <br /> <br />c. Sweeney - <br />(i) Fire Steering Committee – Council Member Sweeney gave no report. <br />(ii) Parks & Recreation Committee – Council Member Sweeney stated that the committee <br />swore in Katya Port and they will be discussing the Open House Community Priorities. He <br />stated that it was $25/event for Main Street Market and registration was on the website. <br />He stated that the Centennial Little League would be cleaning up LaMotte Park on April <br />22, 2024. <br />(i) Fire Protection Council – Council Member Sweeney gave no report. <br /> <br />d. Mosher – <br />(i) Economic Development Authority – Council Member Mosher gave no report. <br />(ii) Police Governing Board – Council Member Mosher gave no report. <br /> <br />e. Love – Mayor Love stated that he also attended the Planning & Zoning Commission along with <br />Council Member Taylor and Jr. Council Member, they swore in the two new members and a Public <br />Hearing for the Preliminary Plat for the Peltier Estates was heard. <br />(i) North Metro Telecommunications Commission – Mayor Love gave no report. <br />(ii) Police Governing Board – Mayor Love was scheduled for May 13, 2024. <br />(iii) Other Mayoral Reports – Mayor Love gave no report. <br /> <br /> <br />XI.
