CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Regular Meeting of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission was held in the community center at St. GeneviveÓs Church on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, <br />at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br />Chair Krueger called the regular meeting to order at 6:37p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Thompson seconded by Commissioner McCabe to Approve the <br />Agenda. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARING (6:30 PM or shortly thereafter) <br />1. Drilling Estates <br />a. Preliminary Plat <br />Administrator Statz introduced the item as presented in the packet, noting that the property is <br />currently unplatted land described by metes and bounds. The owner would like to move the common <br />lot line parcels to distribute shoreline footage and improve the salability of both parcels more evenly. <br /> <br />Staff recommends the approval of the Preliminary Plat for Drilling Estates, with the following <br />findings of fact: <br />1. Platting the property is mutually beneficial for the applicant and the city. <br />2. CentervilleÓs approval of this plat is contingent upon approval from the City of Lino Lakes <br />Page 1 of 17 <br /> <br />
