LaLonde <br />INTRODUCTION <br />At the May 7, 2024 meeting, the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission reviewed the planned unit development (PUD) <br />for the LaLonde property on Westview Street at the north end <br />of downtown Centerville proposed by Ten Nineteen <br />Development fora 104-unit luxury market-rate apartment <br />buildingand continued the item to thisJune 4 meeting. <br />The Commission heard comments from a number of people <br />in person and in writing. We suggest three approaches the <br />Commission could take in making a recommendation to the <br />City Council on the request: <br />1)Approval with Conditions (Staff Recommendation) <br />2)Approval with Enhanced Conditions <br />3)Denial <br />Any recommendation needs to have findings of fact supporting the decision, which are outlined <br />in the suggested options below. <br /> <br />
