As such, the project must be clean, orderly, and <br />well managed. <br />10)Main Street immediately adjacent to the west edge of the project site is a busy, high-traffic <br />roadway with no safe pedestrian crossing to Centerville Lake. The project will have views of <br />the lake, but no reasonable direct access. <br /> <br />
