COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />Resolution 4 24-009 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CSAH 54 (20M AVENUE) CORRIDOR STUDY AND <br />DECLARING A NEED FOR THE STREET EASEMENT FOR THE REALIGNMENT OF FAIRVIEW <br />STREET <br />WHEREAS, a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) was recorded against the property at 6985 2111 Avenue South as <br />part of the Amazon development; and <br />WHEREAS, the CUP sets aside a street easement for the future realignment of Fairview Street; and <br />WHEREAS, the CUP contains language which would abandon the easement unless a corridor study conducted <br />by the City or County deems the realignment of Fairview Street is necessary; and <br />WHEREAS, a corridor study has been completed, commissioned by the county, which finds that the <br />realignment of Fairview Street (and therefore the easement for such realignment) is necessary. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Centerville, County of Anoka, <br />State of Minnesota, that they approve of the CSAH 54 (20t11 Avenue) Corridor Study, which finds the <br />realignment of Fairview Street necessary, thereby preserving the city's right to the easement encompassing this <br />realignment area. <br />Passed and Adopted by the City of Centerville this 22nd day of May, 2024. <br /> --- ��, � �, <br />Mayor, D.
