The development included utility improvements associated with both Sutton <br />Transport and Amazon. All punch list items for the development have been addressed and the developer has <br />received a full release of their permit from the Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD). A two-year warrant on <br />the project is set to expire on July 12, 2024.
