CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Regular Meeting of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission was held in Council Chambers on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br />Chair Krueger called the regular meeting to order at 6:37p.m. <br />1. Roll Call <br />Present: Commissioner Richard Nelson <br />Not Approved <br />Commissioner Dawn Kalina <br />Vice-Chair Darrell (DJ) Olson, Jr. Chair Jon <br />Krueger <br />Commissioner Matthew McCabe Commissioner <br />Jeannie Seppala Commissioner Bruce Thompson <br />Absent: None <br />Staff: City Administrator, Mark Statz <br />Assistant City Administrator, Athanasia Lewis Consulting Planner, Phil <br />Carlson <br />Attorney, Kurt Glaser <br />Council Council Member Russ Koski <br />II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br />Motion by Commissioner Thompson seconded by Commissioner Kalina to Approve the <br />Agenda. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARING (6:30 PM or shortly thereafter) <br />1. Chapter 157: Erosion Control Î Minimum Control Measures (MCM) Ordinance to be <br />in compliance with Construction Stormwater Requirements for Erosion, Sediment, <br />and Waste Controls. <br />Administrator Statz introduced this item as presented in the packet, noting that requirements in new <br />legislation have changed. He suggested swapping the existing Chapter 157: Erosion Control <br />Measures with a new ordinance suggested from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA). <br /> <br />Chair Krueger opened the public hearing at 6:34p.m. There were no public comments. <br />Page 1 of 16 <br /> <br />
