(G)Off-street loading. The owner of any <br />parking or loading area shall maintain the area in good condition without holes and free of all dust, trash <br />and other debris. Parking and access drives shall be located a minimum of five feet from any property <br />line. Parking spaces shall be a minimum of nine feet wide and 18 feet deep. <br />(L)Driveway Access. All off-street parking areas in non-residential zoning districts and Mixed Use zoning <br />districts shall have access from driveways rather than directly from public streets, and shall be limited to <br />a maximum of 32 feet in width at the curb line, unless a wider driveway is granted by conditional use <br />permit. This shall not apply to on-street parking constructed and maintained by the city, county, or state, <br />such as parallel, diagonal, or vertical pull-in parking immediately accessible from the street. <br />(M)Permitted driveways for residential uses. <br />(1)A driveway must enter a parcel from an authorized location on a roadway and may cross a public <br />right of way or roadway easement to enter a parcel. Except where necessary to enter a parcel, a <br />driveway shall not be located within five feet from a property line, public right of way, or <br />roadway easement. <br />379 tğŭĻ <br /> <br />
