(2) A driveway shall not be located within any drainage and utility easement. <br /> <br />(3) The width of a driveway entrance from a roadway shall be determined as follows: <br />i. As measured at the edge of the roadway, the width of a driveway shall be a minimum of <br />8 feet wide and a maximum of 24 feet wide, except: <br />1. On a parcel where a garage is at least 24 feet wide, the maximum driveway width <br />shall be no greater than the width of the garage, to a maximum of 32 feet wide; or, <br />2. On a cul-de-sac parcel, the maximum driveway width shall be no more than 2/3 <br />(two-thirds) of the distance between the lot lines extended. <br />ii. A driveway shall not exceed the maximum allowable width where it exists in a public <br />right of way or roadway easement. <br /> <br />(4) A driveway may only be constructed on a parcel that contains a primary structure. <br /> <br />(5) A driveway shall connect a roadway to a garage or other permitted structure. <br /> <br />i. On a lot that does not contain a garage or other permitted structure, the length of a <br />driveway shall be no less than 18-feet deep as measured from the edge a public right of <br />way or roadway easement. <br /> <br />(6) A driveway may include a paved parking or turnaround area not more than 8 feet by 18-feet <br />adjacent to a driveway connecting a roadway to a garage or front yard. <br /> <br />(7) A driveway shall not include more than one driveway connection from a public roadway into a <br />single-family residential lot, except for corner lots which are permitted one driveway per street <br />frontage. <br /> <br />(8) Driveway connections for multi-family uses will be reviewed in the site plan review process. <br /> <br />(N) Requirements For Mixed-Uses. If a building or structure contains a mixture of uses as defined by <br />paragraphs (A) and (I), the minimum number of parking spaces required for the entire building or <br />structure shall be calculated for the most restrictive parking use as permitted by the applicable zoning <br />district and building codes. <br /> <br /> Ord. 2d #19, amended 06/27/2007, Ord. 2d #105, amended 05/27/2020, Ord. 2d #106, amended 08/26/2020. <br /> <br />§ 156.167 TREE PLANTING. <br /> <br /> Required trees should be planted in the front yard out of the right of way and a minimum of 15 feet from <br />the curb line and shall not be planted in a manner that interferes with any current or planned utility line.
