Partner Agency Reports <br />a.Anoka County Regional Economic Development (ACRED) <br />Executive Director Lewis reviewed the report as presented in the packet. <br />2. Year to Date Financials <br />Executive Director Lewis reviewedthe financial report as presented in thepacket. <br />Motion by Commissioner Swenson and seconded by Commissioner Taylor to approve the <br />financial report as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />3.Ongoing Programs: <br />Executive Director Lewis reviewed the Ongoing Programs report as presented in the packet. <br />4. Administrator’s Report <br />Executive Director Lewis reviewed the Administrator’s Report as presented in the packet. <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS <br />1.None <br />IX. NEW BUSINESS <br />1.Revolving Loan and Grant Program Guidelines <br />Executive Director Lewis introduced the item aspresented. Discussion ensued about the monies <br />set aside in the HRA fund for the City’s Revolving Loan and Grant program(RLGP). Executive <br />Director Lewis explained that in 2021 the County approved a resolution from the city to set aside <br />$25,000 for theCity’sRLGP; the resolution did not specify an expiration date, so the funds are <br />available until they are used. Executive Director Lewis added that after the release of HRA funds <br />from the County forthe St. Genevieve’s project, the approved balanceset aside for RLGP, would <br />be about ~11,000. Executive Director Lewis added that having the County approvea funding <br />request from the City ahead of anticipated applications is beneficial to the applicant because the <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
