Parking <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />Proposed parking facilities meeting industry standard and common practice; deviation <br />from Code is appropriate through a PUD. If a more stringent standard is desired, proof <br />of parking is an appropriate alternative to building speculative parking. <br />Change the City Code to separate multi-family residential with minimum requirements <br />TBD by study. <br />City-Code <br />§ 156.166 PARKING AND DRIVEWAY REQUIREMENTS. <br />(A)Requirements in general. The following table illustrates the minimum number of <br />parking spaces required for various uses permitted in the city. The city may modify <br />minimum parking requirements in the M-1 District, as part of the planned unit <br />development approval process, if it is determined that the use is consistent with the <br />purpose of the district and that parking is determined by the City to be sufficient to <br />accommodate the use. <br /> <br /> <br />Multi-Family Residential 1/bedroom + 1 guest space per 10 units <br />§ 156.052 MIXED USE NEIGHBORHOOD DISTRICT (M-2). <br />(C) Special Requirements. The following special requirements are intended to <br />implement the Redevelopment plan, which is incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />
