Check List <br />Executive Director Lewis reviewed the bills as presented in the packet. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Mosher and seconded by Commissioner Taylor to approve the bills <br />as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />2. Communications <br />a. None <br /> <br />VI. PRESENTATION <br />a. None <br /> <br />VII. REPORTS <br /> <br />1. Partner Agency Reports <br />a. Anoka County Regional Economic Development (ACRED) <br />Executive Director Lewis reviewed the report as presented in the packet. <br /> <br />2. Year to Date Financials <br />Executive Director Lewis reviewed the financial report as presented in the packet. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Swenson and seconded by Commissioner Taylor to approve the <br />financial report as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />3. Ongoing Programs: <br />Executive Director Lewis reviewed the Ongoing Programs report as presented in the packet. <br />Discussion ensued about the Center Stage program and ways to increase participation; suggestions <br />include marketing via email blasts, Admin Reports, and social media. <br /> <br />4. AdministratorÓs Report <br />Executive Director Lewis reviewed the AdministratorÓs Report as presented in the packet. <br /> <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS <br />1. None <br /> <br />IX. NEW BUSINESS <br />1. Outdoor Lighting Perspectives - Agreement <br />Executive Director Lewis introduced the item as presented, noting that a revision to the agreement, <br />clarifying per year pricing has been added. Discussion ensued about the lights and service. The <br />agreement indicates that the lights are white, but they should be multi-colored. Executive Director <br />Lewis noted that she would ensure this change is made prior to signing the agreement. The lighting <br />is only for the tree in front of City Hall. The Board also discussed having the lights installed on <br />st <br />the tree after October 31, with the option to have them uninstalled at the beginning of February <br />or later. <br /> <br />Ћ <br /> <br /> <br />
