THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORD. #/, , Second Series <br />AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE CITY'S ZONING CODE TO AMEND TABLE <br />(156-A.1) OF DISTRICT ALLOWED USES <br />The City Council of the City of Centerville hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. Ordinance Adopted. <br />That Table 156-A.1 District Uses, in Appendix A of the Centerville Zoning Code shall be amended as <br />follows: <br />Under "Household Living Uses" across from the "Single-family attached dwellings up to <br />two units per building," a "P" is added in the R2A category, indicating that single-family <br />attached dwellings up to two units per building are allowed in the R2A zoning district. <br />ii. Under "Household Living Uses," across from "Single-family attached or detached dwellings <br />where in combination with multi -family dwellings on the development property meet the <br />district density goal," a "PUD" is added in the M1 and M2 zoning districts, indicating the <br />use is allowed in the downtown M1 and M2 zoning districts in the city. <br />iii. Under "Commercial Uses" across from "eating and drinking establishments," a "PUD" is <br />added to the M1 and M2 zoning districts, indicating the use is allowed in the downtown Ml <br />and M2 zoning districts. <br />Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance takes effect upon its adoption and publication of the amended <br />City Code. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Centerville, Minnesota, this 27th day of March 2024. <br />D.
