CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />MEETING MEETINGS <br />October 16, 2024 <br />5:30 p.m. <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held a regularly scheduled Economic <br />Development Authority meeting on October 16, 2024. <br /> <br /> <br />MEETING NOT APPROVED <br />I.CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at approximately 5:30 p.m. by President Remillard. <br /> <br />II. ROLL CALL <br /> <br />President Remillard called the roll. <br /> <br />PRESENT: President Mark Remillard <br />Vice-President Chris Swenson <br />Councilmember Darrin Mosher <br />Councilmember Raye Taylor <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />VACANCY: One <br /> <br />STAFF: Assistant City Administrator/EDA Executive Director, Athanasia Lewis <br /> <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />1. Call for Changes to the Agenda <br />There were a few checks added to the agenda. The following checks were added: <br /> <br /> Check 1089 to S&B Center Corporation in the amount of $720.00 for partial <br />reimbursement for participation in the Blue Logo Sign Program <br /> <br /> Check 1090 to Church of St. Genevieve in the amount of $8,430 for partial reimbursement <br />for participation in the Revolving Loan and Grant Program; Anoka County HRA will <br />reimburse the city for this amount. <br /> <br /> Check 1091 to the City of Centerville in the amount of $709.50 is for LED lights for city <br />facilities as part of the EDAÓs holiday lighting and placemaking initiatives. <br /> <br />
