The City Council may <br />waive this requirement when it is not practical but reserves the right to deny any requests <br />made with less than 30 daysÓ notice. <br /> In instances where there are multiple requests for decorative lighting on the same date or <br />different dates to commemorate the same event, topic, or awareness, the requests will be <br />processed and granted on a first-come, first-serve basis. <br /> Decorative lighting requests that have been approved will begin at sunset on the <br />requested date unless otherwise requested, unless an alternate schedule is specified. <br />϶ <br /> <br />
